2. How do I get my thesis / paper / report to you?

If you know how, zip your files up first using the freely available WinZip.

If your thesis file/s are bigger than 10 Megabytes, please contact us and we will provide you with access to our online file-manager so you can upload your files.

3. How quickly can you read my thesis / dissertation / essay / report? 

Our standard turn-around time for a 20-page document is 72 hours. For longer documents, we can provide you with a time-table.  If you require faster service, simply indicate this on the order form or contact us. 4. What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for thesis editing is calculated in USD dollars.  We accept payment through credit cards, PayPal, and eChecks from US checking accounts.  Please note, you are NOT required to have a PayPal account to make a PayPal payment.  You can enter your credit card details at the PayPal website without creating an account.  If you require other payment options, please contact us.

5. How do I know my word count? 

In Microsoft Word, go to the tools menu in your thesis document and click on word count.

6. How do you edit my thesis?

Our goal is to help students with their thesis / dissertation writing by checking:

7. Can you show me what my thesis / report will look like?

We use "track changes" in Microsoft Word.  Alternatively, we will copy each paragraph of text and paste a copy under the original.  We then edit the copy.  In this way, you can compare both paragraphs to ensure the changes we have made have not altered your intended meaning.  After we return your document to you, it is up to you to review the changes.

8. Will you write my whole thesis for me from scratch?

We are not able to write thesis chapters, papers or assignments from scratch, write complete sections or provide research content.  However, we will help you make the most of your own work.

9. Do you keep my details and work confidential?
